Please dispose of used batteries, as prescribed by law, at a municipal collection point or hand them in free of charge to local retailers. Batteries received from us can be returned to us free of charge after use at the following address or returned to us by post with sufficient postage:

Please send rechargeable batteries and batteries back to us only completely discharged and ensure, e.g. by masking or insulating the poles, that no short circuit can occur.
Batteries that may contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of the crossed-out dustbin. Under this symbol is usually the chemical name of the pollutant. For example:
- Cd- for cadmium, contains more than 0.002 percent cadmium.
- Pb- for lead, contains more than 0.004 percent lead
- Hg- for mercury, contains more than 0.0005 percent mercury
- Li- for Lithium.
